It covers how everyone can realise their greatest mental potential and wellbeing and flourish throughout life, how to realise the substantial benefits offered by new approaches to the prevention, early detection, and early treatment of learning difficulties and mental disorders, and how to better address chronic and acute problems associated with our mental capital and wellbeing. Provides an independent analysis of the challenges over the next 20 years and beyond, and how they might best be addressed.
